By downloading some simple software onto your computer, PC Support and Repair will be able to repair your PC remotely.  No disconnecting of cables, packing up and transporting your computer.  Simply install our software and you will be able to see how we fix your PC while sitting in Columbia, PA.

Click on the Downloads section of the website, open up the Remote Access section.  Click on the Remote Access Instructions file and download the document.  The document outlines the steps you need to follow to allow us (one time) access to your computer.
